Here is what you will need to make these super simple cookies:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sprinkles (any that you like, I used jimmies and snowflake mixes pictured)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

This recipe is pretty simple, but the end result is so delicious and pretty. This recipe only calls for five ingredients. A white cake mix, eggs, sprinkles, white chocolate chips, and oil.
I found my sprinkles at Walmart. I used the two snowflake mixes on the left and the jimmies in the box on the left. Then I happened to have some purple ones and threw in a couple of those.
How to Make Frozen 2 Cake Mix Cookies

And to make them all you have to do is mix everything together in one bowl until combine and then scoop onto a cookie sheet and bake. Pretty easy right?

This is what the cookie dough looks like when it is all mixed up! Use a 1 inch cookie scoop or drop rounded tablespoons on a lined cookie sheet. I always line mine with a silpat mat.
I like more perfect looking cookies, so I try to flatten them slightly with my fingers before baking and adding in a couple extra snowflake sprinkles on top to complete the look.

Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil in a bowl until combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto a greased baking sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with your fingers.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 3 to 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Enjoy your Frozen 2 Cookies with friends and family!

Fun Variations
Want to change things up? Try these ideas:
- Use different sprinkles – Try silver, blue, or purple sprinkles for a unique look.
- Swap the chocolate chips – Dark or milk chocolate chips add a new flavor.
- Make them extra frosty – Drizzle melted white chocolate on top for a snow effect.
- Add a hint of vanilla or almond extract – A splash of extract boosts the flavor.

Can You Store or Make These Ahead?
Yes! Here’s how:
- Store at room temperature – Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Freeze the dough – Scoop cookie dough onto a baking sheet and freeze. Once frozen, transfer to a bag and store for up to 3 months. Bake straight from the freezer, adding 1-2 extra minutes.
- Freeze baked cookies – Let cookies cool completely, then freeze in layers with parchment paper. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

Oh my goodness this is the best idea! Those holiday sprinkles are perfect for anything Frozen themed. And they look so yummy!
This is a cute idea. I made some hot chocolate and topped it with whipped cream and white and light blue sprinkles I picked up last night. The kids loved the “Frozen” theme. These cookies look awesome!
