Paint two paper plates green and let them dry. Cut one of the paper plates in half to make the ears

Cut out the templates and trace them onto their corresponding paper colors: pink for ears and black and white for eyes. Cutting out the larger circles out of black and the smaller circles out of white. Cut out two of each to make both eyes.

Glue pink paper cutouts onto the green-painted paper plate halves.

Assemble the eye templates one by one by gluing the smaller white circles onto the black circles.

Attach the pink template to the ears with glue.

Attach the ears to the backside of the plate with glue.

Glue the eyes to the paper plate.

Draw forehead lines with a green marker.

Draw a nose and smile to finish the paper plate craft.
