Rainbow Suncatchers Craft Tutorial

How to make a rainbow suncatcher with free printable template, tissue paper, and contact paper.

Materials

  • Tissue paper rainbow colors
  • Contact paper or packing tape
  • Scissor
  • Construction paper white

Instructions

  • Download and print the rainbow template by entering your email address in the dark green download box at the end of the post above.
  • Cut the rainbow template out of white construction paper

  • Cut squares from blue tissue papers for clouds and thin strips of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple tissue paper..

  • Attach contact paper to the cut out rainbow template, then stick the tissue paper squares on the clouds and strips to form the rainbow until the entire template is covered.

  • Optional: Add another layer of contact paper to seal in the tissue paper.

  • Cut the excess contact paper from the template.
