Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1 Pound Sausage
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 Cups Peeled Sliced Potatoes
  • 32 oz Chicken Stock
  • 8 oz Heavy Cream
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Set instant pot to sauté and brown the sausage.

  • Pour in the chicken stock & cream.
    Adding heavy cream to instant pot
  • Add the potatoes and onions.

  • Sprinkle in salt & pepper.
  • Stir well.
  • Close & seal the instant pot.
  • Set to 12 minutes on manual.
  • Allow for a slow release.
    Adding kale to soup
  • Remove the lid & stir in the kale. Let sit for a couple minutes and serve.
