- 2 Cups Kale
- 1 Pound Sausage
- 1 Onion chopped
- 4 Cups Peeled Sliced Potatoes
- 32 oz Chicken Stock
- 8 oz Heavy Cream
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Set instant pot to sauté and brown the sausage.
Pour in the chicken stock & cream.
Add the potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle in salt & pepper.
Stir well.
Close & seal the instant pot.
Set to 12 minutes on manual.
Allow for a slow release.
Remove the lid & stir in the kale. Let sit for a couple minutes and serve.
