Paint the paper plate green and let it dry. Trace the template for the paper plate and cut the plate out.

Cut and trace the templates onto the correct-colored paper, then cut them out.

Attach the red and black template, then attach it to the paper plate with glue.

Attach two strips of green paper on both sides of the paper plate to complete the paper plate.
