I love that fall seems like such a long season. Plus there are great holiday’s in fall, you know Halloween and Thanksgiving.

In full Fall celebration, I am so excited to be here sharing a delicious apple cinnamon cake recipe.

Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake at thebensonstreet.comOne of my favorite things about fall is apples. They taste so wonderful. My friend has this delicious honey crisp apple tree, so I look forward to eating apples and baking with them every fall.

This cake is from scratch and super easy. It would even work well as a breakfast cake. I love apples. I love cinnamon.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix oil, applesauce, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon until fluffy.

Add chopped apples, cinnamon chips.

Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.

Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Mix all the topping ingredients in a sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour over warm cake.

Let cool 30 minutes in pan.

It’s kind of healthy because it has apples in it right? I like to think so. I might be in denial.

  1. Love the apple cinnamon recipe. I make a lot of bundt cakes but one question is this for a 12 cup bundt pan? Keep up the good ideas.

  2. I live in canada .I never heard of cinnamon chips, what are they? Can I substitute something else for them or leave them out?
