Using a serrated knife cut off the corners on one end of each vanilla wafer cookie to create the pointed tip of the pencil.
Melt the pink candy melts and dip the tip of the square end of each vanilla wafer. Allow to set up and harden.
Melt the white chocolate and dip the pointed tip of the pencil and immediately place a mini chocolate tip right at the tip to create the lead tip of the pencil. Place on the parchment and allow to set until hardened.

Storage: Pencils should be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
