Stuffed Pizza Texas Toast Recipe

A quick dinner that tastes amazing. Perfect for a pizza night at home when you are shorter on time.

Ingredients

  • Texas Toast
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Pepperoni
  • 1 lb Italian Ground Turkey
  • Hot Honey

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brown Ground turkey.
  • Using a spoon, flatten the center of each slice of Texas toast.
    Using a spoon to press in middles of toast slices
  • Fill in center of each piece of toast with sauce.

  • Place a spoonful of turkey sausage in the center of each piece of toast.

  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Place pepperoni on top.
