Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

This classic warm and creamy dip is easier than ever in your slow cooker!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach
  • 1 10 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts drained and diced
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic or 2-3 cloves
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the crockpot.
  • Cook on high for 1-2 hours or until all of the cheese is melted and it is warm all the way through.
  • Stir well and serve with your favorite cracker or chip.

Notes

I sometimes add an extra cup of spinach and I like to dice mine up before putting it into the slowe cooker.
