Pumpkin Seed Brittle Recipe
Take toasted pumpkin seeds and turn them into a crunchy fall treat with only four ingredients!

Ingredients

c
unsalted butter

c
brown sugar
½
c
honey

toasted pepitas
Instructions
Spray or line an 11x17 or similar sized baking dish, set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium low heat.
Add in the brown sugar and honey. Stir well.
Continue to heat over medium low, without stirring, until the mixture reaches 290-300 degrees.
Quickly remove the pan from the heat and stir in the pepitas.
Pour the brittle into the prepared pan and gently spread evenly.
Allow the brittle to cool. Once cool, it can be broken into pieces and served.
Notes
Storage: Brittle should be stored in an airtight container at room temp for up to 7 days.
