Paper Plate Turkey Craft How To
Use a paper plate, printable template and art skills to make a fun thanksgiving turkey craft.
Materials
- 1 paper plate
- Orange, red and yellow paints or any color you like
- Paintbrush or sponge
- Scissors
- Glue
- Construction paper red, orange, brown, white

- googly eyes optional
Instructions
- Cut the paper plate into a turkey body shape (use a template or freehand).
- Paint the turkey's feathers with red, yellow, and orange splashes. Let the paper plate dry.
- Cut out the beak, eyes, wattle/snood (that red thing under the beak), wings, and feet from construction paper.
- Glue the pieces onto the plate and the turkey's head. Add googly eyes if you’ve got them or color in black pupils with a marker.
- Let everything dry, then proudly display your masterpiece!
