Grinch Guacamole Board Recipe

How to assemble a cute Grinch shaped guacamole board for Christmas parties.

Ingredients

  • Guacamole store bought or homemade
  • Red Tortilla Chips
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Olives
  • Cheese Slice
  • Salsa
  • Cauliflower

Instructions

  • Spread the guacamole out on a tray to create the Grinch's face in an oval shape.
  • Make two eyes with the cheese slice. Use a cookie cutter or knife to make eye shapes.
  • Add two olives for eyeballs.
  • Create eyebrows & a mouth using sliced olives.
  • Add the red tortilla chips to create Santa’s outfit.
  • Add the salsa to create a Santa hat in a triangle type shape.
  • Use the cauliflower for trim on hat and around collar.
  • Add regular tortilla chips to fill the rest of the tray.
