Copycat Starbucks Bacon Gouda Sandwich Recipe Dupe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 8 Gouda Cheese Slices
  • 8 Ciabatta Rolls
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Scramble the eggs mixed with salt and pepper and shredded cheese into a giant patty, cook until just set, and can be cut.

  • Remove from the pan and slice into bun-sized pieces.
  • Place eggs on a bun.
  • Add cheese & bacon.

  • Place the sandwiches in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns have toasted.

Notes

Egg Notes:
Oven method (perfect for meal prep!): Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish or sheet pan with cooking spray. Pour in the whisked egg mixture. Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes, or until fully set in the center. Remove and cut into 8 portions. This hands-off method is great for Sunday afternoons when you're prepping the whole week ahead.
