Copycat Panera Bread Mac & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta Shells
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 oz American Shredded Cheese
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  • Pour the noodles into the instant pot liner and add 4 cups of water.

  • Sprinkle with salt & pepper and add the butter.

  • Close the lid and lock. Set valve at sealing.
  • Set on manual for 5 minutes.
  • Immediately do a quick release.
  • Open the lid.
  • Pour in the milk.
  • Stir in shredded cheese and let melt.
    Mixing in cheese to the cooked noodles
  • Stir in hot sauce.
  • Serve topped with bread crumbs if desired.
