Pour the noodles into the instant pot liner and add 4 cups of water.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper and add the butter.
Close the lid and lock. Set valve at sealing.
Set on manual for 5 minutes.
Immediately do a quick release.
Open the lid.
Pour in the milk.
Stir in shredded cheese and let melt.
Stir in hot sauce.
Serve topped with bread crumbs if desired.
