Cold Spinach Dip Recipe
A quick and easy way to make a chilled spinach dip recipe with only 4 ingredients.

- 10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 1 package of ranch dressing mix or 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing mix
- extra veggies to add in: water chestnuts carrots, peppers, etc.
Thaw out spinach. If in a pinch you can defrost it in the microwave. I defrost mine for about 5 minutes and it is usually good.
Drain spinach using a strainer.
In a medium sized bowl mix spinach, sour cream, ranch dressing mix and veggies. Mix until all combined.
Serve in a bread bowl, or decorative dish with french bread, baguette bread, chips, or veggies.
