Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Recipe
Easy chocolate pudding cookies with peanut butter chips for a simple treat that comes together fast.
Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar 1 pkg 6 serving size chocolate fudge pudding
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Mix flour with baking soda.
- Combine butter, sugars, pudding and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Gradually add flour and stir in chips.
- Batter will be stiff.
- Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
