Chocolate Cake Mix Cool Whip Cookies

The easiest four ingredient cake mix cool whip cookies that turn out perfect every time.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 box cake mix flavor of choice (we used Devil’s Food chocolate)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheet(s) with parchment and set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the box cake mix, egg and cool whip. Mix until combined. Scrape down the sides and mix again.
  • Use a small ice cream scoop to measure out the dough. Place the powdered sugar in a bowl and scoop the dough into the powdered sugar. Use a spoon to roll the dough in the powdered sugar and then scoop it out and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is no longer glossy.
  • Allow to cool completely before removing from the parchment.

Notes

Storage: Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
