Easy Easter Fudge Recipe

A simple recipe to make easy Easter fudge with your own custom Easter candy mix-ins.

Equipment

  • 8 x 8 baking dish
  • Parchment paper
  • Flat spatula
  • Large glass mixing bowl (microwave-safe)
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Easter/pastel mix-ins of your choice - we used Robin eggs bunny marshmallows, and flower sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp butter optional

Instructions

  • Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter (optional) to the large glass bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Line the baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth out with the flat spatula.
  • Add Easter mix-ins and gently press down into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut into 2-inch pieces and enjoy.

Notes

You can add butter to the recipe for a smoother result but it isn’t necessary.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
