Tape the stencil to the pumpkin. You can secure it with painter’s tape so it doesn’t slide.
Trace the design using a poking tool, toothpick, or a small knife to make tiny holes along the lines to form your favorite design.
Carve carefully along the dotted lines, starting with the smaller sections.

Best Knives for Pumpkin Carving (a Pumpkin Carving Kit):

These kits typically include a variety of tools such as serrated saws, scoops, and etching tools. They are specifically designed for pumpkin carving, making them safer and more effective than regular kitchen knives.

Serrated Knife:

A small, serrated sharp knife is perfect for cutting through the tough skin of the pumpkin. Ensure it’s sharp to make clean cuts and precise shapes.

Scoop or Spoon:
