Step-by-step directions:
- Add liquids first
In a blender, pour in 1 ½ cups milk, 2 tablespoons oil, and 3 eggs. Or you can mix in a bowl with an electric hand mixer. - Add the dry ingredients
Add 1 ½ cups flour, ⅛ teaspoon salt, ⅓ cup parmesan, and 1 teaspoon oregano. - Blend until smooth
Cover and blend the mixture. Scrape down the sides to make sure everything is well combined. - Pour batter into a shallow dish
