The Mr. and I are pretty into sports. We love to watch games together. We have our special teams that we watch, our recipes that we make to enjoy with the game and our friends. We always fill out brackets, dabble in Fantasy Football and watch a little bit of Sports Center. With March coming up, I knew I had to share with you a great game day recipe, Philly Cheese Steak Fries.

What you will need:

  1. Alexia Sweet Potato Fries or Smart Classic Crinkle Cut Fries
  2. Frozen Steak (I have used this frozen pre cooked kind or use any type of steak cut thinly)
  3. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  4. Red and Green Bell Peppers
  5. Optional: Onion (we don’t love onions so I normally leave them out and add a little onion powder when cooking the peppers and steak)

Alexia Fries at Walmart

Before any big game day, I always head to Walmart to pick up the goods, especially the Alexia fries. They make it so much easier than having to make homemade fries. You can find them in the grocery area of Walmart in the frozen food section next to all the potatoes.

Philly Cheese Steak Fries Directions:

Start by cooking the fries according to the package directions. I always line my cookie sheets with tin foil to make for easier cleanup.
