Planning a birthday party is a LOT. Between the cake, the decorations, and making sure the kids don’t lose their minds — you deserve a game that just works. This free printable birthday bingo is exactly that. It’s simple, it’s cute, and it keeps kids entertained without you having to do much at all.

What Is Birthday Bingo?
If you know classic bingo, you already get the idea. Instead of numbers, each square on the board has a fun birthday-themed image — think balloons, cakes, party hats, candles, and more. 🎈
This printable set includes 30 different bingo cards or boards, so every player gets a different card. No two free bingo cards are the same! It also comes with a full set of calling cards that match the images on the boards all in birthday themes.
The best part? It works for readers and non-readers. Because the boards use pictures instead of words, even the littlest party guests can play along. How fun is that?

Why You’ll Love This Birthday Party Bingo Game
Honestly, the thing I love most about this game is how little prep it takes. You print, you cut the calling cards, and you’re done. There’s no explaining complicated rules or running to the store for supplies. It’s the kind of activity that makes you look like the fun, organized parent — even when you threw it together the morning of the party with the free birthday bingo game. 😄
It’s also incredibly versatile. This isn’t just a fun game of bingo for little kids. Older kids enjoy it too, and you know what — adults do as well! Whether you’re hosting a big backyard bash or a small family birthday dinner, birthday bingo keeps everyone at the table laughing and having a good time together. That’s a win in my book.

Once you’ve got the boards printed, you can mix things up in lots of creative ways.
Prize bingo: Offer a small prize for the winner — a piece of candy, a sticker sheet, or a small toy. Even a silly paper crown counts as a “prize” and kids go WILD for it.
Blackout bingo: Instead of stopping at one row, keep playing until someone fills every single square on their board. This version keeps the game going longer — great if you need to fill time between activities.
Team bingo: Pair younger kids with older ones so little siblings don’t feel left out. It’s sweet to watch them work together.
Silent bingo: Hold up each calling card without saying anything. Players have to identify the image on their own. It adds a fun challenge for older kids!
