Molasses Cookies
A yummy gingersnap drop cookie recipe.

- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons molasses
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice optional
Mix together sugar and all wet ingredients.
Sift in dry ingredients and mix with spoon.
Roll 1 teaspoon sized ball in sugar.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
