6eggs
½cmilk
1tsalt
½tpepper
2cwater
1package sausage gravy mix
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Open the biscuits and press into a single layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
In a large frying pan, brown the sausage until it is no longer pink. Drain off the excess grease.
Sprinkle the browned sausage over the biscuits.
In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
Sprinkle approximately half of the shredded cheese over the eggs.
In a small saucepan, combine the gravy mix and water. Heat over medium/high heat until boiling. Whisk constantly as it will thicken very quickly. Don’t let it scorch. Remove from the heat once thickened.
Pour the gravy over the eggs and spread to the edges.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the dish evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the dish is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
