Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Prepare a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, set aside.
On the prepared cookie sheet place saltine crackers in a single line, covering the whole cookie sheet.
In a medium saucepan add butter and brown sugar. Over medium heat bring to a boil, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes.
Pour toffee mixture over the prepared saltines.
Place in the oven for 8 minutes.
While the saltines are in the oven, begin to melt the white candy melts according to the directions on the bag.
Once the saltines are out of the oven, cover the toffee covered saltines with the white melted candies.
Melt the pink and red candy melts in two seperate bowls according to the directions on the bag.
Spread the pink and red candy melts over the white candy melts.
Add Valentine’s Day sprinkles. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set. Break apart into pieces.
