Strawberry Crinkle Cookies
Using four ingredients you can make these pretty pink strawberry flavored cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
- 2-3 large eggs for best results use as called for on the box
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix and eggs. Mix together until well combined.
- Add the vegetable oil to the mixture and continue to combine until a cookie dough forms.
- Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, form dough balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. You should be able to form around 18 dough balls.
- Roll balls of dough in powdered sugar until completely coated. Place the coated dough balls back onto the parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, or until the cookies are puffy, dry, and the powdered sugar has cracked giving the beautiful crinkle effect.
- Enjoy these delicious easy strawberry crinkle cookies immediately!
Notes
- To Make Vegan: Cookies can be made with two flax eggs (In a small bowl add 2 tablespoons ground flax seed and 6 tablespoons water, set aside for 10 minutes to make flax eggs).
- Additional oil may be needed according to box directions. Some strawberry cake mixes call for 1⁄3-1⁄2 C of oil. Follow directions on the box for these cookies too.
