I made this for my family at Christmas and it turned out so well!! I’m not much of a baker so I was nervous. But I used a pillsbury refrigerated pie crust; and for the berries I used a mix of blueberries and pomegranate seeds. It turned out perfectly, and everyone loved it! Thank you so much for a solid recipe!

Yes, this is an egg custard pie. The butter and eggs create the creamy custard portion of the pie. Enjoy!
