I have an electric cook top, but I miss cooking with my gas one. I have heard about induction and would love to try it out.

I have a gas stove now after using electric the last several years. It cooks really well, but makes the kitchen really hot due to the open flame (especially when I use the oven). I would LOVE induction!!! Thanks for sharing this on the Daily Blog Boost today!

I HATE cooking on an electric stove! Thankfully, I have a gas stove, but the induction sounds amazing!
