Have you ever watched the show Psych? If you have you know what a big deal pineapples are. Even if you’ve never seen an episode of Psych, you’ve probably tasted pineapples and know that they are amazingly delicious. So if you are a fan of delicious flavor, this Piña Colada Smoothie is a must try. It is packed with fresh pineapple, coconut and other yumminess.
Smoothies are wonderful, especially for summer. They cool you off and pack lots of fruit and nutrients into a drink. A Piña Colada Smoothie is perfect for breakfast, a snack or dessert. Yum yum! So excited that I was able to use fresh pineapple to create a new smoothie recipe for our family.
Piña Colada Smoothie
What you will need:
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup vanilla or greek yogurt
- 2 to 3 tablespoons frozen or fresh coconut
- 1 small banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
