Healthy Child Healthy World Favorite Ology Products at thebensonstreet.com

Here are four of my favorites from the Ology line. I love that there are no harmful chemicals and that the paper products are made without tree material.

I love love love the fresh scent of the laundry liquid. I am always looking for a great smelling laundry detergent and this one nailed it with the lavender vanilla combination.

My Quick Tips!

Emily’s Laundry Tip: Do one load each day and fold it before you go to bed that night. Then you won’t have piles and piles of laundry to fold. Plus the laundry stays caught up.

Emily’s Cleaning Tip: Pick a day or time each week that you will focus on cleaning. Use that time wisely and realize that you might not get all your cleaning done. That’s okay, just keep working at it.

Emily’s Paper Towel Tip: Only use what you need. If you have a small spill use only half a paper towel or a fourth. This saves money and the environment.

Now are you ready for the teacher appreciation gift?!?!?

Here is my opinion on teacher appreciation (I am qualified to share because my husband is a teacher).

Give useful gifts!

Treats are nice, but there is such a thing as too much candy.

Grab a printable tag (at the end of the post) and run to Walgreen’s (check the cleaning supply aisle and the paper products aisle) to purchase some Ology products. Throw it all together in a basket and gift away. I know it seems too simple right? But really this is a great tip. Give something a little different to the teachers in your life. Give them something they will actually use.

The “absorb” tag fits perfectly with the paper towels. To make it even more special pair it with the Ology Multi-Purpose cleaner.

Or for something a little more funny, I enjoy the bath tissue printable tag! Teachers and TP both need to be soft and strong!

Mix and match from a wide variety of Ology products from Walgreens.

Even just a bottle of laundry liquid with a bow would be a much appreciated useful gift for a teacher.

Add a little color to the tags by printing them on colorful card stock and attach with a fun washi tape or tie on with baker’s twine.

  1. Oh my goodness- those printable slogans are awesome! I once gave my son’s in-home-preschool teacher two reams of copy paper tied together with a little poem as a gift and she TOTALLY loved it- something she could really use and get ahead with 🙂 These saying make me smile. Oh, and lavendar vanilla laundry soap sounds amazing 🙂 Thank, Emily!

  2. Emily, I LOVE all your cleaning tips…..especially the doing one load of laundry each day and folding it. I must admit that I let my laundry go and boy does it get a life of it’s own! I’m definitely going to try your tip! 🙂

  3. What cute, creative ideas! I am loving it! Such a great, practical way to give a gift to the teachers and show appreciation! Pinned and checking this out from Inspiration Monday! 🙂

  4. Great tips, Emily! I’m guilty of not always folding the laundry right away, and then it snowballs and I have an even bigger pile by the time I get to it. I do buy the select-a-size paper towels though, so I don’t use more than I need to. And even then I tear it in half sometimes. 😉
