Headband Organization

I love headbands (even more I love headband organization). Can I tell you why? In college I took a public speaking class. I’d never been one to pull my hair back with anything. I just liked my hair to be down and but not in my face Cousin It style, but while giving speeches in my public speaking class, my professor told me to get my hair out of my face! One of my greatest public speaking down falls. Always brushing my bangs out of my face while glancing at my notes. So I used bobby pins and whatever to get it out of my face, but when headbands came into style I loved it! I love all the funky fun styles and colors. They are a great way to keep hair out of my face and to add a little pop of color to my look. Even though I don’t use my public speaking skills often, I’m glad I’ve got a lot of headband resources to keep my hair out of my face so I can deliver wonderful speeches.

I was at Target recently, I found this cool pencil cup (gotta love Target clearance). Headband organization would be so easy if I just stuck the headbands in the pencil cup.

First, It needed to be pretty. So I added some washi tape and burlap ribbon. The natural look was so easy to add some spice to. It worked perfect with my bathroom decor.

See how cute it turned out! Just tie the ribbon in a knot and trim the ends. Add washi tape stripes, criss crosses or whatever makes your pencil cup/headband organizer cute.
